Gem's story
It started as a stretch class.
Gem used to think yoga was a stretch class. That changed when she found the right teacher, and realised there was far more to it.
She trained, left corporate life, and built ZenGem around one idea: real yoga should be open to ordinary people.
Today she teaches with warmth and humour, in classes and on small-group House of Zen teacher trainings in Portugal and Sri Lanka.
